Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 6/13/2026. This policy describes how refunds, cancellations, and credit top-ups are handled. Replace before launch with a lawyer-reviewed document for your jurisdiction.
1. Free trial
Paid plans include a free trial that does not require a credit card. You will only be charged if you explicitly start a paid subscription after the trial.
2. 7-day refund window
If you subscribe to Starter or Pro and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. The refund window does not apply to renewals or to accounts that have processed more than 30 minutes of source video.
3. Subscription renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and continue to use the plan until the end of the current billing period.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans are billed up front. After the initial 7-day window, partial refunds are not offered. You retain access through the end of the prepaid term.
5. Credit top-ups
One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable once any credit from the purchase has been consumed. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not trigger a refund for the current period.
7. Failed processing
If a project fails due to an error on our side, credits used for that project are automatically restored. You do not need to request a refund for failed renders.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
9. How to request a refund
Email billing@proclips.app from the address on your account with the order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
