Questions, answered

What's a credit?

1 credit = 1 minute of source video. A 60-minute podcast costs 60 credits and typically comes back as 10–15 clips. You're only charged when clips are delivered — failed runs refund automatically. Re-styling or re-captioning an existing clip is free.

Do credits roll over?

No — your balance resets to your plan's amount at each renewal. Yearly Pro is the exception: the whole year's 7,200 credits land up front, so you can front-load heavy months.

Which platforms can I auto-post to?

YouTube Shorts today. TikTok and Instagram Reels connections are built and sitting in each platform's app-review queue — they roll out as approvals land. Every clip also downloads in clean 1080p, so you can post anywhere by hand in the meantime.

What happens when I run out of credits?

New projects pause until your plan renews, or you can upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance. Your existing clips stay available through their retention window either way.

Do clips expire?

Yes — clips auto-delete 7 days after rendering (3 days on the free plan) to keep storage sane. Download the keepers, or schedule them and we hold them until they post.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — Settings → Manage billing, two clicks, no email required. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period. There's also a 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchases.
